President, James Reed worked for more than 20 years in the broadcast TV industry before founding Crosshair Media Placement. He is highly regarded for this knowledge and expertise in the industry. James is past VP of Government Relations with the American Advertising Federation, Public Education Program administrator for both the Indiana Broadcasters Association and the Minnesota Broadcasters Association.
James, and his wife Erin, are parishioners at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. They have two children, a son at St. Xavier High School and a daughter at Sacred Heart Model School. James enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends on their farm

Andi has been with Crosshair since 2016. She is an accomplished advertising agency executive with more than 20 years of experience. Andi has created strategic advertising plans and managed a variety of clients in varying industries throughout her career including; fast food, financial institutions, multiple levels of education, automotive, legal, and a city zoo, among others. She takes pride in being a tough negotiator on behalf of her clients while building and maintaining strong and friendly vendor relationships. In addition to her longstanding media career, Andi also fuels her creative side fronting multiple rock bands, writing and performing her own music, and acting.

Stephanie has been with Crosshair Media for over two years. Before joining Crosshair, Stephanie spent her career working in Sales and Marketing with Gumer & Company Jewelers. Stephanie is an integral part of the Crosshair team with responsibilities across all departments and operations of the corporation.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and their three children. Stephanie has a daughter who attends Assumption High School and a daughter and son who attend St. Margaret Mary. In Stephanie’s spare time she enjoys running, vacations with her family and volunteering at her children’s’ schools.

Morgan focuses on partnering with businesses to help increase their media presence and to help meet the company’s goals. Morgan is also Crosshair’s Social Media Manager, increasing visibility for our business clients. She is a 2020 graduate from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Health Promotion.
She is a native of Louisville graduating from both St. Patrick Catholic School and Assumption High School. During her time at UK, she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and the University of Kentucky Club Swim team. In her down time, you may find her playing golf, cheering on UK athletics, or spending time with her friends and family.

Paul is anaccomplished marketing and media professional with over 20 years marketing experience. Paul has worked with many businesses in Indianapolis, Detroit, and Toledo developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to help businesses increase their branding, revenue and market share. Paul consults with key industry leaders in Medical, Financial, Automotive, Education, and Home Improvement sectos to help them effectively market their businesses.
Paul is a native Ohioan and enjoys traveling around the States and Europe. For the past 10 years, Paul has lived in Fishers, Indiana with his wife, Jessica and 6 children. We love attending their soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse games and having family time by enjoying movies, board games, and hiking.
