President, James Reed worked for more than 20 years in the broadcast TV industry before founding Crosshair Media Placement. He is highly regarded for this knowledge and expertise in the industry. James is past VP of Government Relations with the American Advertising Federation, Public Education Program administrator for both the Indiana Broadcasters Association and the Minnesota Broadcasters Association.
James, and his wife Erin, are parishioners at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. They have two children, a son at St. Xavier High School and a daughter at Sacred Heart Model School. James enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends on their farm

Stephanie has been with Crosshair Media for over two years. Before joining Crosshair, Stephanie spent her career working in Sales and Marketing with Gumer & Company Jewelers. Stephanie is an integral part of the Crosshair team with responsibilities across all departments and operations of the corporation.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and their three children. Stephanie has a daughter who attends Assumption High School and a daughter and son who attend St. Margaret Mary. In Stephanie’s spare time she enjoys running, vacations with her family and volunteering at her children’s’ schools.

Chassity brings more than 17 years of industry experience and an excitement for helping her clients succeed! Chassity’s experience spans across the country and many industries and she takes pride in her client portfolio. Chassity has worked on accounts like Community Health Systems, Baptist Health, Arby’s, General Electric, Insight Communications, Columbia Gas, WoodmenLife, and many more. She feels the variety of clients she has worked with has helped mold her into the advertising executive she is today! Whether she is negotiating on a client’s behalf (she is known as the “Rate-N-Ator”) or putting together an annual media recommendation, it’s clear Chassity takes pride in her work and the relationships she has with her clients, vendors, media partners and her team! When Chassity is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, her daughter, and their puppy, Coco! Chassity’s daughter attends Oldham County High School, and is a member of the dance team, she keeps her parents very busy with games and competitions. Chassity is a member of Southeast Christian church. She loves the Lord, sweet tea, music and singing! Reality TV and social media are her guilty pleasures!
